Estoppels are Required for All Residential Purchases

The Pine Ridge Association, Inc. utilizes the services of HomeWiseDocs for estoppel requests.

 or to register as a new user to gain access to the system.   

Estoppel payments will be made on the HomeWiseDocs website via credit card.

All estoppels are completed by Oasis Community Management staff.

** Please Note ** - A copy of the warranty deed must be submitted to the HOA within 10 business days of the closing date. Official ownership records cannot be changed without

 the warranty deed transferred to the new buyer.
