Estoppels are Required for All Residential Purchases

The Pine Ridge Association, Inc. utilizes the services of CondoCerts for estoppel requests.

 or to register as a new user to gain access to the system.   

Estoppel payments will be made on the CondoCerts website via credit card.

All estoppels are completed by Juda, Eskew & Associates staff.

** Please Note ** - A copy of the warranty deed must be submitted to the HOA within 10 business days of the closing date. Official ownership records cannot be changed without

 the warranty deed transferred to the new buyer. Send warranty deed to:
