Architectural Change Request (ARC Form)
Pine Ridge requires that an ARC application be completed and submitted with all requested documentation - prior to any work being completed - for ALL exterior changes to a residential property within the community. This includes, but is not limited to - Roofing, Solar Panels, Exterior Paint (even if repainting same color), Windows/Doors Replacement, Driveways, Fencing,
Any type of Shed or Permanent Structure - including Playsets, Landscape Modifications, and Tree Removal. Work is not to be completed until HOA approval is received.
** Homeowners should submit their ARC application and all required documentation through the Secure Owner Property Portal "Buildium" - quick access can be found under the "Contact Us" tab on this site. **
Vendors completing the form on behalf of a homeowner will need to access the form below via the "click here" link and then send the ARC application and all supporting documentation back to the email address provided on the form.
Fence Guidelines
The Board of Directors have put together fencing guidelines for residents to refer to when planning for the installation of a new fence or replacement of an existing fence on their property. HOA approval is required prior to installation.
